On Thursday actress Uzma Khan filed a complaint against women who broke in her house with gunmen and initiated violence. The women claimed that they were the daughters of the business tycoon Malik Riaz.
A statement was released by Uzma Khan in which she said “I have been shamed, harassed, and been threatened to be killed in the last 3 days. I feel I don’t have anything to lose now and I have decided that I will fight the strongest people of Pakistan.”
She also said “for me it is either I get justice or get killed but there is no turning back and I am ready to fight against the daughters of Malik Riaz who stormed into my house with 12-gun men. I am requesting police to register by FIR and conduct a medical examination of me and my sisters before our wounds start to heal. I hope I am as much Pakistani as Malik Riaz.”
Before the statement released by Uzma Khan, some video started circulating the social media the video showed a worried-looking actor as her sister is being yelled by a group of women.
The actor posted an image on the social media of her police complaint number and requested for a medical examination should be done on herself and her sister.
After the statement of Uzma Khan, Amna Usman who told herself was the wife of Usman issued a voice statement in which she claimed that her husband has no connection with Malik Riaz.
In the video, she talked about different things “Firstly I would like to add that my husband Usman Khan has nothing to do with Malik Riaz Usman and he is not a part of his family. This is being done to frame Malik Riaz as they have had a personal altercation with Hassan Khan Niazi and Malik Riaz Hussain.”
She added “Talking about barging into someone’s house the house they live in is her husband’s other house as she has followed him there and she has every right to be there.” She also said that “I have warned this girl many times to help me save my 13-year-old marriage as this is not the first time, I have met her and my husband is to be blamed and that why she has left his husband.”
Zulfiqar Hameed Lahore’s Capital City Police officer confirmed that he had received a complaint from the actor and for which an FIR was registered.
Malik Riaz denied any involvement he tweeted that “I categorically rebut this malicious propaganda associating me with the viral video. Usman in not my nephew. I am appalled at such a below the belt attempt to malign me for something I am not involved in any capacity.”
He also threatened anyone he said that “I will be filing a defamation lawsuit against anyone who tries to wrongfully implicate me.”
