PM Imran launches Ehsaas Emergency Cash programme for unemployed during Pandemic

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday introduced the Ehsaas Emergency Cash program. The purpose of the program is to give some money to the people who lost their job or got unemployed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Prime Minister visited the Ehsaas program distribution which is at the Pakistan sports complex and met with the people who lost their job due to the coronavirus pandemic and those people will be receiving Rs12,000 each through the system.

At the distribution site, the prime minister asked the people how this pandemic has affected them. Several people who were affected with coronavirus informed him about the issues they were facing during this pandemic and thanked the Prime minister for this initiative.  

The Prime Minister said the government has been taking the initiative of opening different businesses and has opened many sectors till now.
