PM Imran okays Corona Tiger Force mobile app

Prime Minister Imran Khan approved the launch of the mobile application by the name of “Corona Relief Tiger Force”, he appreciated the digital approach of the team in the battle against the novel coronavirus.
The Prime Minister met with Special Assistant on Youth Affairs Usman Dar who informed the Prime Minister on how digital technology can contribute to the effective functioning of the Tiger Force.
Following which PM Imran agreed on the launch of the Tiger Force application which will contain the feature of geotagging that will help in the effective functioning of the Tiger Force.

The Prime Minister will be launching the application nationwide in the coming weeks.
Pointing out that the best facilities should be provided to the young volunteers as they fight the virus, Imran Khan also said that the young people are an asset to the country, therefore, they should be given full opportunity of national service.
Prime Minister restated “Violators of SOPs must be identified and the action should be taken on the spot.”
Earlier in the month of March, the Prime Minister had launched the youth force and labeled it Corona Relief Tigers to lead the fight against coronavirus in Pakistan.
Imran Khan said during a special briefing to the media “We are calling on all volunteers to help us in the fight against coronavirus.”
