In a significant development, a majority of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) top leadership has reportedly given the green signal to a new political approach informally dubbed the "Reconciliation Plan" or “Mannat Tarla Program.”

According to senior journalist Muneeb Farooq, this plan marks a visible shift from PTI’s previous hardline stance, aiming to re-engage through softer dialogue and backdoor channels. The move is being seen as a strategic attempt by the party to regain political ground and seek potential relief for its incarcerated leadership, especially founder Imran Khan.

This sudden change has raised eyebrows across political circles, with many analysts calling it a major U-turn in the party’s policy. While PTI has yet to officially comment on the matter, insiders suggest that internal pressure and external realities may have forced the leadership to recalibrate their strategy.

The big question now is: Will this "reconciliation plan" prove to be a tactical masterstroke or a desperate retreat? Only time will tell how the establishment and the public react to PTI’s softened tone.
