Imran Riaz, the anchor, is to be recovered and brought before a judge by Monday, according to LHC.

The whereabouts of Imran Riaz Khan remain unknown following his apprehension at the Sialkot airport on May 11. The Lahore High Court (LHC) gave police instructions on Saturday to find him and present him in front of the court by Monday, May 22.

After PTI Chairman Imran Khan was imprisoned, there were protests and Imran was one of those arrested.

Later, Dawn.com was notified by his counsel that a writ petition about the anchorperson’s arrest was filed on May 12 and that the attorney general was mandated by the LHC to appear in court on that same day. But on Monday, Sialkot police were given a 48-hour deadline to locate Riaz as its orders were ignored.
